Cyrela Internship Program
The Cyrela Internship Program was reformulated in 2009 and the entire process for development of the program’s participants is based on the following pillars: Education, Training and Development; Knowing how to do; Development through evaluation; Professional learning/recognition and final Project.
The Internship Program provides for periodic courses and the follow-up of a trained supervisor in order to help with the participant’s professional growth process. Each intern is evaluated on a quarterly basis. Cyrela believes that investing in young talents is investing in the future.

- Trainee Program
Cyrela Trainee Program
The Cyrela Trainee Program is part of the Cyrela Academy and its main purpose is to contribute the knowledge required for the trainee to understand the Company’s dynamics and fundamentally feed the succession chain.
With one-year duration, the program comprises 7 months of training in classroom, which includes courses on Project Management, Presentation Techniques, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership, Negotiation among others that Cyrela considers as essential for professional growth.
Job rotation in areas directly related to the activity of each trainee is also a part of the Scope of the Program, making it possible for trainees to get to know the company’s processes. During the program, trainees receive a formal feedback, through an evaluation indicating their development status at three different moments. Throughout the program, the participant is monitored by a coach who is in charge of authorizing daily tasks that he will have to develop, of defining the project, as well as technical and professional guidance during this period.
At the end of the program, trainees make a presentation to the Company management showing the results of the project developed during the program, therefore receiving a general evaluation of the board present.
